#1. Change the DNS Server #

One way to fix this error is to change the DNS server to OpenDNS or Google DNS, and this is pretty easy by following these steps:

  1. Press the Windows logo key and X to call out the power user menu.
  2. Choose Network Connections and then Change adapter options.
  3. Locate your network connection and choose Properties form the right-click menu.
  4. Double click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) to launch its properties.
  5. Select Use the following DNS server addresses option.
  6. Enter 8.8.8.8 as Preferred DNS server enter and 8.8.4.4 for Alternate DNS server. You can also use 208.67.222.222 as Preferred DNS server and 208.67.220.220 as Alternate DNS server.
  7. Save the change and check if DNS server not responding issue is gone.

#3. Restart & Reset the Router #

First of all, you can try restarting the router.

  1. Remove the power cord of your router.
  2. Wait for all the lights to go out.
  3. Restart the router.

If this does not help, then reset the router to its default settings. Bear in mind that resetting your router to its default factory settings will also reset your router’s password.

  • Open your router’s configuration webpage. Find the Reset option and click on it.

  1. In Windows search bar, type CMD and then run command prompt as administrator.
  2. In the command prompt window, execute these commands one by one: ipconfig /flushdns -> ipconfig /registerdns -> ipconfig /release -> ipconfig /renew
  3. Restart your PC and try to access the website again.

#5. Enter MAC Address Manually #

  1. Run command prompt using administrator previledge.
  2. In the elevated command prompt window, run ipconfig /all command. From the list of information, find the value of Physical Address and take a note of it somewhere.
  3. Next, go to Network Connections and then Change adapter options.
  4. Find your network connection and select its Properties.
  5. Select Client for Microsoft Networks (it is selected by default) and click Configure.
  6. Go to Advanced -> Network Address -> choose Valune.
  7. Type the physical address you just saved from the command prompt window.
  8. Click OK -> OK to confirm the change.

#6. Update Your Drivers #
